Abstract
My tasks during my internship at New England Cancer Specialists included looking at medical records of patients with Stage 4 breast, colon, and lung cancer. I researched the effects of Extended Panel Molecular Testing (EPMT) on patients’ treatment decisions. Excel was the database used for the data. A poster and abstract was produced and submitted for presentation. With this experience, I am now even more confident that I would like to pursue a career in medicine.
