Over the summer, I was a video and media intern for Cultured AF in New London Connecticut. Cultured AF’s mission is: “to celebrate and support underrepresented artists while building a community of life-long art enthusiasts”. As a video and media intern, my responsibilities were to: develop and prepare marketing materials (including short videos), shooting video at the NLC Dream Market events as well as Cultured events, editing video for promotional pieces, creating animated content for social media, assisting with event support and attending Cultured events when possible, and studio sitting during open gallery hours. This position was 25 hours a week resulting in a total of 175 hours total.
