Teamworks needed a new system to allow a broader reach with customer education while using less employees in an effort to save time. I was tasked with building out a plan and content to train a new user on everything they need to know about the software in the first 30 days of buying Teamworks. With my video editing and writing skills, I was able to create five courses in four months for new users to take once they buy Teamworks, which will cut out hours upon hours of employee training.
