Abstract
The culture behind Crisis Text line is incredible. The support and unity of the Crisis Counselors supporting one another through training, and while on the platform made me feel like I was working at a company with co-workers. I have developed useful skills and strategies from my time as a Crisis Counselor that will benefit me in any professional setting that I choose to explore. I learned how to seek guidance when I was in a situation that required team work.
