Abstract
Learning a language is hard enough. Learning Arabic is no easy task! Now, what happens when you must do it remotely with a 10-hour time difference? The COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally changed the way summer 2020 worked for everyone at Connecticut College. This is my experience of how I navigated a pandemic, a 10-hour time difference, and learnt a language!
