Abstract
Beacon College is a private institution in Leesburg, Florida that is designed specifically to serve students with dyslexia, ADHD, and other diagnosed learning disabilities. Each summer the college holds their Summer for Success Program which is geared towards helping high school aged students prepare for the challenges that come with starting at college. This internship was quite rewarding and fun because I felt like I was making a positive difference in many of the students' lives.
