Abstract
I spent 165 hours in the summer of 2020-2021 working for a development office at a local high school, Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, in Philadelphia, PA. I worked under the director of alumni relations and participated daily in the procedures that go into ensuring that a high school is able to run effectively.
