Abstract
The Haddam Historical Society is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to protect, interpret and share the history of Haddam, Connecticut. The Society is located in the lower level of the Thankful Arnold House Museum, a late eighteenth-century home donated to the Society by the descendants of Thankful Arnold. During the summer of 2021, I had the opportunity to complete an internship at the Museum, my main project being the republication of Portrait of a River Town: The History and Architecture of Haddam, Connecticut.
