Abstract
GlamourGals Inc. is a nonprofit organization focused on ending senior isolation. As a company, they organize chapters of volunteers and connect them to senior homes in their area. GlamourGals Inc. also emphasizes female empowerment through its strong alumni network and mentoring. As the Executive Intern, I was responsible for shadowing the CEO of the organization. I frequently attended meetings, distributed notes, assisted with programming ideas, and completed drafts for potential projects.
