Abstract
LifeSci Consulting is a global strategy consulting and transaction advisory firm serving clients across the life sciences industry. As a summer analyst, I assisted in commercial forecasting and asset valuation modeling for companies entering M&A or other financing discussions. Provided transaction comparables and deal analyses for a biopharmaceutical company participating in a licensing transaction with a total deal value of $100+ mm. Assisted in the drafting and editing of commercial opportunity assessments, corporate decks, and other outward-facing documents across multiple therapeutic areas
