Abstract
As a producer intern at BronxNet, I had to familiarize myself with all aspects of TV production, including audio engineering, camera direction, studio management, and scripting/layout. I enjoyed the spectrum of my responsibilities as I gained experience in management and expanded my creative insight as it relates to my local community. Being a part of BronxNet taught me a wide variety of transferrable and practical skills within the media/film industry, I also gained a lot of knowledge about career paths and engaging in advocacy work as a BIPOC person.
