Abstract
Over the Summer of 2023, Emma Pyles interned at Cantina Terre Margaritelli, a local organic winery in Perugia, Italy after studying abroad. Through her time at the winery, she was able to actively participated in the daily operations of the winery and learn about policy and environmental challenges and solutions.
