Abstract

I worked as a director at a summer camp from June-August, gaining a myriad of skills in the process. I learned how to be a leader, listen to others thoughtfully, and Gaines confidence in professional settings. Although this is not a typical internship, I am grateful for my experience and still gained many skills that helped me feel more confident in finding full time employment following my graduation in the Spring of 2024
