Abstract
The expansion of the aquaculture industry has raised concerns about the sustainability of aquafeed sources. This summer, my work at North Carolina State University's Center for Marine Sciences and Technology explored the potential of utilizing salmon by-products as a valuable resource for creating aquafeed formulations.
