Abstract
An honest reflection of my experience at the Conductors Retreat at Medomak. The paper follows the journey of how I decided to become a conductor and how I ended up conducting in rural Maine for two weeks. I chronicle my adventures at Medomak that lead to my first time conducting an orchestra in concert.
