Abstract
This reflection paper explores my internship experience at Triago, a private equity firm, while studying abroad in London. The paper describes my experiencing from securing the internship through networking, to adapting to a new work environment, and gaining meaningful insights with lessons learned. Ultimately, I conclude that while finance may not align with my long-term career goals, the overall experience was invaluable in shaping my perception of the workplace and my new vision for my career.
