Abstract
This paper is a reflection on my summer experience working as a Front of House Associate at the Cape Playhouse and as a theater director at the Woodward School for Girls. In it, I talk about my experience learning about guest services and theater education and how it has shaped my future career goals and my learning goals as I enter my final year of college. I also explore how my liberal arts education prepared me for the experience and what strengths and weaknesses I discovered about myself throughout the process.
