Abstract

This reflection follows a finance accounting intern at FPT Information System, focusing on learning accounting and preparing for a career in asset management. Challenges like adapting to a new environment were faced, stressing the importance of communication and problem-solving. The intern valued the supportive work culture at FPT IS. Overall, the internship led to personal growth, emphasizing continuous learning in finance.
