Abstract
During the Summer of 2024, I participated in a month-long program, learning about conservation studies. The program began on June 3th in Belmonte in Sabina Italy, and after two week, on June 17th, moved to Ancient Corinth Greece. The program, Archaeological Conservation Institute, is a program founded by the Centro di Conservazione Archeologica. The program has the goal of introducing undergraduate students to conservation, preservation, and restoration work. There, students participated in lectures from experts in the field, as well as worked at an archaeological site to learn field work. Throughout the trip, we frequently traveled to archaeological sites and museums, in Florence, Rome, Athens, etc..
