Abstract

This reflection highlights my summer internship experience at Northern Trust, where I gained valuable insights into the banking industry while working in asset servicing. Through networking, professional development opportunities, and hands-on tasks, I refined my career goals and secured a position in the highly competitive credit rotational development program. The internship solidified my passion for wealth management and helped me grow both personally and professionally, preparing me for my future career in finance.
