Abstract

Maricela Camargo, a Neuroscience major and part of the Program in Community Action (PICA), participated in a Medical Assistant Certification Course through the U.S. Career Institute during Summer 2024 while interning at Northwestern Medicine Hospital as a Pre-PA Intern. This self-paced, online course is categorized under health professions and is classified as a pre-health experience. This opportunity was discovered through an alum and is highly recommended to other students.
