Abstract
This past summer I completed a research assistant internship at La Fundación para Estudio e Investigación de la Mujer (The Foundation for Studies and Research on Women) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The organization undertakes research, training, advocacy for the political, sexual, and reproductive rights of women, as well as working to improve the status of women and LGBTQ+ people in the country and the region. During my internship I was able to contribute research to two projects that the foundation has been working on, while learning more advocacy in Argentina.
