Abstract
A reflection on a summer internship opportunity for a self-design kinesiology major and psychology minor at Connecticut College. Located in Bellevue, Washington, Athletic Training Institute has been serving clients for over two decades. During the internship, I gained sufficient knowledge about the human body during times of exercise. Additionally, I learned how to manage a business in sports exercise. This opportunity is not related to a Connecticut College alum. I would highly recommend this internship to anyone interested in it.
