Abstract

My internship at Innovative Dimensions in Karachi, Pakistan was completed over the winter break' 23-24 and remotely during Spring ’24. I collaborated with senior architects on commercial projects and worked on drafting floor plans, elevations, and section details using AutoCAD, Enscape, and Revit. My responsibilities included preparing masonry and column layouts, attending client meetings, and reviewing town regulations to ensure project compliance. This experience aligns with my CISLA project and has allowed me to explore architectural conservation techniques in Pakistan while understanding factors that affect building preservation and heritage conservation.
