Abstract

This reflection shares my experience in the Tuck Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth College, an intensive summer program designed to give undergraduates a foundation in business. I describe the technical skills I gained in financial modeling and valuation, the challenges of working on a team-based capstone project, and the lessons I learned about leadership, collaboration, and adaptability. The program was a pivotal step in my professional development, strengthening both my confidence and my career direction in finance and business
