Abstract
My paper is about my internship experience in hospital administration. this internship was completed during the summer of 2025 in Gallatin, TN. The internship provided valuable insight into the healthcare world and the day-to-day life of a hospital operator. Through thos experience, I worked on real world problems to find meaningful solutions to improve operational efficiency.
