Abstract

This reflection paper provides an overview of my experience taking an EMT course during the summer of 2025. Throughout this paper, I describe how I discovered the course, the process, and highlight the skills that I both used and developed along the way. I also recognize my strengths and weaknesses and elucidate how I overcame the challenges I faced. This course helped to prepare me for my future career and was a valuable experience for me both personally and professionally.
