Abstract

My reflection is about my experience at Provident Bank in Morristown, New Jersey as a Commercial and Industrial Lending Intern. This experience includes a 10 week internship program providing you with a complete insight on the ins and outs of banking. This experience provided me with three main projects including a summer internship presentation on treasury management, bank analysis project, and Portfolio Master assignment. Through this experience I gained many valuable skills including technical, collaboration, effective time management, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
