Abstract

As Lead Intern at an AI tech startup, I balanced guiding a team of five interns with managing my own cross-departmental projects. The role strengthened my leadership and communication skills while exposing me to administrative operations, compliance, and direct collaboration with C-suite executives. Navigating both peer management and senior-level engagement taught me adaptability, accountability, and time management. This experience deepened my understanding of startups and confirmed my interest in roles that combine leadership, collaboration, and professional growth.
