Abstract
This paper evaluates the time I spent working as an intern for the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. I assess where the experience did not meet my expectations, but also where it gave me valuable experiences and space to develop my skills. My paper culminates with my decision not to take a position like this again based on the nature of this agency.
