Abstract

Since reading Rich Dad Poor Dad in middle school and realizing how closely property is linked to building wealth, I have had an interest in real estate. It seemed like the most sensible next step to put myself in the pre-licensing course in order to obtain professional experience, gain a deeper understanding of the industry, and get ready to invest in real estate and obtain a license as an agent. I gained a much better understanding of how the real estate market operates, and after taking this course, being introduced to laws, regulations, and statistics that are involved in every transaction.
