Abstract
An internship reflection about an internship completed by a rising junior Computer Science student at Connecticut College. The hybrid internship took place at the local government level at the City of Madison's IT Department. The review focuses on reviewing the work done on projects around Cybersecurity, Network operations, and AI policy throughout the summer of 2026. The review summarizes the student's experience as an intern, how they would improve their work, and what they have learned from the internship.
