Abstract

I was a teaching intern for an Advanced Studies Program at St. Paul's. This was a 5 week program with an additional one week before the students got to the program for orientation and training. I helped teach an exercise physiology class which also expanded into human performance and longevity, as well as sports psychology. The students all came from public schools across NH, and most were rising seniors in high school, though about 30% were rising juniors. I taught full lessons, collaborated with the psychology class to lead a health psych lesson, led rec (trail running and personal fitness) and extra curricular activities, and was an RA with two other interns in my dorm.
