Abstract

Over the summer, I returned to a Neuroscience Lab I have previously shadowed at the University of Buffalo. I learned the daily tasks of both graduate students who are involved in Neuropsychology studies, as well as the professors and doctors who guide them. Mostly, we worked on sorting data on computers for various studies- which I was able to help with by categorizing participants demographically. Overall, the experience was really impactful in showing me how a professional lab environment works, and how teamwork fits into the workplace.
