Abstract
This paper reflects on my nine-week internship as a Data Quality Engineering intern at BlackRock. I gained experience in data engineering and the financial industry while developing skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability. Overall, the internship provided valuable professional and personal growth and helped shape my future career goals.
