Abstract
This reflection examines my experience working as a behavioral technician at ABC and how the internship contributed to my academic, professional, and personal growth. Through working directly with children and applying principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I was able to connect concepts from my psychology education to real-life situations. The experience helped me improve my communication, assertiveness, confidence, patience, and ability to adapt to individual client needs. It also allowed me to recognize my strengths in empathy and responsibility, while identifying areas where I can continue to improve. Overall, the internship provided valuable hands-on experience in psychology and helped prepare me for future professional opportunities.
