Abstract
Here I reflect on my time at Batumi Republican Clinical Hospital (BRCH) and L'Association des professeurs de français d'Adjarie (APFA) as a summer intern and a CISLA Scholar. These were complementary internships that let me combine my interest in health sciences and language learning.
