Abstract

This reflection paper explores my experience working as a teaching assistant at KinderCare with children ranging from 9 months to 5 years old. Throughout my internship, I developed skills in communication, classroom management, and supporting children's social and emotional development. I reflect on meaningful experiences, including helping children and parents during difficult drop offs, and how these moments shaped my understanding of early childhood education. This experience allowed me to grow personally and professionally while recognizing the positive impact educators can have on children's lives.
