Abstract

During my summer internship at Rangeley Jetski and Boat Rentals, I worked across graphic design, marketing, technology, customer service, and business organization. I redesigned marketing materials and website content, reorganized the company’s booking system, created training tutorials, and helped address technical and customer-related issues. The experience strengthened my skills in problem-solving, communication, organization, and independent work while allowing me to apply my creative background in a professional setting. Working in a small business environment also gave me the opportunity to take initiative and see the direct impact of my work.
