Abstract

This reflection examines my Career Action Program experience at One Digital San Diego and its impact on my academic and professional development. Through shadowing professionals, attending meetings, conducting research, and assisting with presentations, I gained a better understanding of wealth management and the importance of communication and client relationships. The experience allowed me to apply skills from my economics coursework while developing greater confidence, organization, and professional communication skills. Ultimately, the internship strengthened my interest in wealth management and financial planning and gave me a clearer direction for my future career.
