Abstract
Over the summer I took a course at Westchester Community College to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. The program gave me the opportunity to work very closely with patients. My career goal is to become a Physician Assistant in the future so hands on experience with real patients was a valuable lesson for my future. I found this course because of that and knew that to become a PA I would need patient care hours that being a CNA will give me. Being a good healthcare worker requires a lot of patients and care which working as a CNA has proven.
