Abstract
I focused on exploring racial disparities in neurological diseases, specifically Multiple Sclerosis and Alzheimer’s Disease. I was primarily responsible for gathering sources and reading articles that helped me draw conclusions about the racial disparities present in neurological diseases. Neurological diseases affect hundreds of millions of people worldwide. Therefore, when I began my research, I was shocked to find that there is not much research trying to explore and understand the racial disparities that contribute to the prevalence of disease among specific communities.
