Abstract
7 Cups is an on-demand web-based site through which individuals connect with Listeners who help support them through differing macro and micro issues they are experiencing without providing their own opinions or giving advice but rather reflecting, affirming, empathizing, and asking the individual open-ended questions. Moreover, Listeners may refer individuals to the Suicide Hotline or paid Therapy through the site depending upon the severity of the circumstances individuals are experiencing and whether they express suicidal intent, as 7 Cups does not support suicidal individuals.
