Abstract

I participated in the Dartmouth Tuck Business Bridge Program. This program is a 4 week intensive course which covers topics such as finance, financial accounting, managerial economics, marketing, negotiations and excel. At the end of this program, a group of five students and I presented a stock pitch on PayPal Holdings Inc. to industry professionals.

I attended class each day ready to learn the topics at hand. Each evening, I had to complete and submit the necessary homework assigned. Also, throughout the program I was tasked with working with five other students to put together a stock pitch presentation of PayPal Holdings Inc. to present at the end of the program. This consisted of DCF analysis and extensive background research on the company and the financial performance over recent years. Finally, I also attended many networking events to speak with Bridge alumni as well as resume review sessions with the career fellows.
