Abstract
For my funded summer internship, I worked as a research assistant for Professor Mark John Sanchez. Professor Sanchez is a historian at Vanderbilt University. As a research assistant, I helped investigate Filipino history during the 20th and 21st centuries. My roles included reading and investigating various sources, writing response papers, and discussing my papers and the sources with Professor Sanchez.
