Abstract
This is a reflection of my Summer 2022 CISLA internship. I interned at the Czech National Agency for International Education and Research in Prague, Czech Republic. Using my English, Czech and Russian language skills, I was able to gain a better understanding of the system of international education in an EU country and do archival research for my senior honors thesis. Living in a country closer to the Russia-Ukraine, I was also exposed to education policy discussions surrounding aid to Ukraine and was able to support a Ukrainian family as they adapted to their new life in Prague.
