Abstract

I spent my summer in North Grafton, Massachusetts. Working with a close knit team of individuals who all are bound together to address hunger relief in the Worcester County area. This job will have you seeing every step of the food system, from seeding, harvesting, distribution, preparation and consumption. Bouncing between two sites, one vegetable farming and the other a medium scale orchard. Be ready to be asked plenty of questions and hear even more stories. This opportunity is the epitome of a hands on experience.
