Abstract

My experience this summer working as a physical therapy aide was a great one. Being a part of a community where everyone wants to help their patients recover as soon as possible is so special and such a rewarding feeling. My liberal arts education has prepared me for the ability to interact with all kinds of people and use the knowledge I have gained through studying psychology/human development to connect with individuals. This experience has pushed me in the right direction towards reaching my future goals and allowed me to develop stronger interpersonal skills.
