Abstract
I recently completed my 12 weeks as a Pharmaceutical Science Global Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (GCMC) intern at Pfizer in Groton, CT. During my internship, I worked to build a web tool for project teams to use and reference when developing dissolution methodology for new drug products and when submitting regulatory filings. Additionally, I analyzed global artificial intelligence (AI) policies to help identify responsible AI opportunities and risks. My time at Pfizer gave me invaluable experience in the pharmaceutical science sector and enabled me to develop my professional skills. I am incredibly thankful for the Hale Center for Career Development and their support in helping make this internship opportunity a reality.
