Abstract

Atlantis is a shadowing abroad students for students interested in pre-health. In my reflection, I talk about what it means to be an Atlantis scholar and how the program has shaped me into achieving my goals both career wise and academic. I delve into the specifics of my program in particular, and the work that I did as a student observer in the hospital. Along with the medical aspect of the program, I also talk about the different parts of the program, being able to connect with other like-minded individuals and fun explorations throughout the host city. Hoping that this reflection can inspire others to pursue an opportunity through Atlantis as well.
